Job Summary

A company is looking for a GitHub Copilot Coach, Sr. Consulting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on coaching to scrum teams, facilitating continuous improvement practices
Host 1:1 sessions to guide teams on effective usage of AI tools like GitHub Copilot
Drive adoption and utilization of GitHub Copilot and conduct demo sessions for teams

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and practical experience in software development and SDLC activities
Skilled in leading, influencing, and mentoring developers, with a preference for pair programming experience
Ability to adapt coaching materials and styles for various roles and technologies
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Passionate interest in AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot
