GL Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GL Accountant to ensure the precision and integrity of its financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end close activities
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in technology or fast-growth environments
• High proficiency with U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
• Proficiency with NetSuite, FloQast, Ramp, and Zip (strongly preferred)
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or scaling technology company is preferred
