GL Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GL Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in accounting systems for multiple client companies
• Reconcile bank records to general ledger accounts and process online payroll
• Prepare and review trial balances and raise anomalies for analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close involvement
• Experience in a team-based or shared services accounting environment
• Strong knowledge of accrual basis accounting and experience with cloud-based accounting systems
• Must be located in ET or CT time zones
