Job Summary
Managing a caseload of GL/Excess Claims remotely, the full-time GL/Excess Claims Adjuster III will handle new loss assignments, perform coverage analysis, and develop legal strategies while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and analyze GL/Excess Claims in multiple states, including coverage issues and reserve setting
- Draft complex coverage letters and collaborate with legal counsel on litigation strategies

Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of GL/Excess Claims experience, with a focus on coverage issue identification
