Job Summary

A company is looking for a Glass Technical Engineer to join their Supply Chain Team focusing on quality assurance and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop glass quality assurance programs for specific accounts
• Collaborate with Global Glass Supply Chain, Divisional Leadership, vendors, and key accounts
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions for key accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Quality, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of format test methodology and equipment
• Strong analytical skills and technical writing skills
• Experience in quality assurance and new product development
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
