Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Work Accessibility and Accommodations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives to improve work accessibility and inclusion across global offices
  • Develop and implement strategies for international accommodation policies, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements
  • Collaborate with HR partners and managers to provide training on disability inclusion and workplace accommodations
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven expertise in workplace accessibility and global accommodation policies
  • Deep understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, with a focus on inclusion
  • Experience training and advising HR teams and managers on disability and accessibility issues
  • Familiarity with accessibility laws and regulations across different countries
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
