Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Global Work Accessibility and Accommodations Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to improve work accessibility and inclusion across global offices
- Support the global return-to-office policy with a focus on accessibility and accommodation strategies
- Develop and implement international accommodation policies aligned with local legal requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of expertise in workplace accessibility and global accommodation policies
- Deep understanding of HR processes with a focus on inclusion
- Experience training and advising HR teams on disability and accessibility issues
- Familiarity with accessibility laws and regulations across multiple countries
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
