Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Work Accessibility and Accommodations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive initiatives to improve work accessibility and inclusion across global offices
  • Support the global return-to-office policy with a focus on accessibility and accommodation strategies
  • Develop and implement international accommodation policies aligned with local legal requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of expertise in workplace accessibility and global accommodation policies
  • Deep understanding of HR processes with a focus on inclusion
  • Experience training and advising HR teams on disability and accessibility issues
  • Familiarity with accessibility laws and regulations in Canada, France, the US, and Asia
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
