Global Accessibility Program Lead

Job Summary

To ensure effective management of accessibility initiatives, the remote Global Disability & Accessibility Program Lead will oversee the implementation of accessibility strategies, collaborate with various teams, and support the development of related policies during a temporary contract assignment lasting between 27 and 52 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the organization's accessibility strategies and maintain governance processes
• Collaborate with regional and functional leads to promote adherence to global accessibility standards
• Act as the main contact for enterprise accessibility inquiries, addressing issues and coordinating remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accessibility, disability inclusion, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and workplace accessibility practices
• Proven experience working with Legal, HR, IT, Learning, and Procurement teams
• Demonstrated program management and stakeholder engagement skills
