Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute account plans to enhance growth and retention
- Cultivate long-term relationships with executive stakeholders within accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS account management or enterprise sales experience in MarTech
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed growth and retention targets
- Experience managing multi-location enterprise brands with established industry relationships
- Experience selling into a portfolio of enterprise-level C-suite contacts
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and account management tools
