Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute account plans to enhance growth and retention
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with executive stakeholders within accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS account management or enterprise sales experience in MarTech
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed growth and retention targets
  • Experience managing multi-location enterprise brands with established industry relationships
  • Experience selling into a portfolio of enterprise-level C-suite contacts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and account management tools
