Job Summary
Managing a $100M ARR strategic partnership, the full-time Global Account Director will drive 30% year-over-year growth through relationship management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute a multi-year strategic partnership plan, aligning WooCommerce's capabilities with the partner's commercial objectives
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the partner organization, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Lead the development of comprehensive business cases and operational frameworks to support partnership growth and execution
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or global account management within the payments industry
- Proven track record of managing large-scale partnerships with significant revenue growth ($50M+ ARR)
- Deep knowledge of payment economics and the global acquiring landscape
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and competitive analysis
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
