Required Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent hands-on experience in biotech or pharma R&D
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
  • Ability to navigate technical topics and communicate business value to R&D stakeholders
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building from scratch
  • Strong listening skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
