- Manage strategic accounts, focusing on large global players and generating significant recurring revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape proposals and execute complex projects while providing market feedback to inform product direction
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent hands-on experience in biotech or pharma R&D
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
- Ability to navigate technical topics and communicate business value to R&D stakeholders
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and building from scratch
- Strong listening skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
