Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the Director of Global Account Management, the full-time Manager, Global Account Management will enhance client partnerships, provide consulting and issue resolution, and drive client profitability in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a communication link between Sirva and clients, addressing relocation and service issues while identifying best practices
  • Assist in upselling and project management, supporting client implementations and strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client performance metrics are met and oversee VIP moves for successful outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in global mobility or customer service with a focus on client relationships
  • Proficiency in productivity and reporting applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data analytics and interpretation
