Job Summary
Collaborating closely with the Director of Global Account Management, the full-time Manager, Global Account Management will enhance client partnerships, provide consulting and issue resolution, and drive client profitability in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a communication link between Sirva and clients, addressing relocation and service issues while identifying best practices
- Assist in upselling and project management, supporting client implementations and strategic account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client performance metrics are met and oversee VIP moves for successful outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management or similar roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in global mobility or customer service with a focus on client relationships
- Proficiency in productivity and reporting applications such as Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data analytics and interpretation
