Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a plan to identify and build upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product offerings
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and lead regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities
- Manage key account metrics and drive renewals while ensuring high customer satisfaction through operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years managing complex B2B and/or B2C SaaS accounts
- Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion goals in a subscription-based model
- Experience managing global accounts and navigating cultural differences
- Strong strategic and data-driven mindset, with experience in CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle management
