Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, the full-time Global Account Manager will drive adoption and customer success, proactively build executive relationships, and lead commercial negotiations for renewals and upsells in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion targets for a portfolio of global enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans that align customer business objectives with platform capabilities, identifying expansion opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations for renewals and upsells, collaborating with internal teams as needed
Required qualifications
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in managing and growing global enterprise accounts
  • Experience engaging with complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at Fortune 500 or G2K companies
  • Background in cloud, infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with value-based selling frameworks and MEDDPICC qualification
  • Excellent program management and organizational skills, with a customer-first mindset balanced with business instincts
