Job Summary
Serving as the primary liaison for Dell Technologies Services, the full-time Global Account Manager will drive AI adoption by coordinating joint priorities, leading knowledge-sharing initiatives, and facilitating communication to enhance service offerings between NVIDIA and Dell.
Key responsibilities
- Recognize and advance shared priorities with Dell's leadership while serving as the main contact for NVIDIA
- Lead initiatives to educate Dell Services teams on NVIDIA AI solutions and value propositions
- Partner with sales and consulting teams to identify service opportunities and support joint account planning for AI adoption
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or services sales within enterprise technology
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML, data center infrastructure, and cloud ecosystems
- Experience with large global system integrators or OEM partners, preferably with Dell
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree or MBA is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
