Job Summary

Leading global account marketing initiatives, the full-time salaried Global Account Marketing Director will develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for priority accounts and segments, collaborating closely with sales and operations teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy for global account marketing and sales plays across various motions, including new logo acquisition and upselling
  • Launch and optimize account-based experience programs and high-velocity outbound sales plays to drive pipeline growth
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and BDR teams, aligning on target accounts and shared success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Proven experience in building and executing account marketing programs tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personas, and customer journeys in go-to-market execution
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted marketing workflows and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations
