Global Advisory Executive Director

Job Summary

Driving the Global advisory strategy, the full-time Executive Director will activate initiatives, manage cross-network collaboration, and ensure quality and technological alignment in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Steward the Global advisory strategy by translating vision into measurable initiatives and managing the annual advisory service line budget
• Build trusted relationships with member firm heads of advisory to strengthen collaboration and promote knowledge-sharing across the network
• Oversee the development and adoption of global advisory standards, methodologies, and tools while ensuring alignment with quality management frameworks

Required qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in advisory or professional services
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-directed leader with minimal oversight
• Strong track record of influencing senior leaders and aligning priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex concepts
• Educated to degree level (desirable)
