Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Global Advocacy Program Specialist, this role will manage customer relationships and engagement initiatives within the Orchestrators program, amplifying customer voices through peer reviews and digital content while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the advocacy content calendar aligned with company strategy and customer interests
- Create and publish engaging content to highlight customer success stories and deepen community engagement
- Foster online engagement among VIP customer communities to strengthen peer connections and brand loyalty
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer advocacy, marketing, or community management
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
- Experience with online customer events/forums and familiarity with advocacy platforms preferred
