Global Alliance Director

Job Summary

Leading the EMEA strategy and execution for Global System Integrator partnerships, the full-time Global Alliance Director will define and scale alliance functions to drive revenue growth and enterprise adoption while managing senior relationships with top-tier GSIs in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Pigment's EMEA GSI strategy, focusing on partner segmentation and long-term value creation
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across top-tier GSIs, establishing joint business plans with multi-year revenue targets
• Drive EMEA go-to-market strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with regional leadership to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in alliances, partner ecosystems, enterprise SaaS sales, or consulting with a focus on GSIs
• Proven track record of building and scaling global partnerships that drive measurable revenue
• Deep understanding of GSI operating models and transformation program scaling
• Demonstrated success in influencing C-suite stakeholders and operating at the executive level
• Strong leadership experience in managing high-performing, geographically distributed teams
