Global Alliance Manager

Job Summary

Global Alliance Manager is a full-time salaried position responsible for overseeing, growing, and maintaining strategic alliances with select Contract Research Organizations or Large Pharma accounts while ensuring alignment of solutions with client study needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with business development and executive leadership to execute client acquisition, growth, and retention strategies
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with client decision makers and track service delivery KPIs
• Develop bid strategies and facilitate operational alignment with client teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university
• Five or more years of central laboratory or related clinical experience
• Experience in customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage stress effectively
