Global Analytics Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Global Analytics Lead will manage analytics initiatives for individual doctors and clinics, drive AI-first practices, and build scalable data models while working remotely from Barcelona or Madrid.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, ensuring alignment with global and local stakeholders
- Drive analytics projects that support business decisions, including conducting experiments and building dashboards
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and non-technical audiences
Required qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics
- Over 5 years of relevant analytics experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in Python being a plus
- Proven ability to design and maintain scalable data models and automations
- Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau for building user-friendly dashboards
