Job Summary
To support a holistic total rewards strategy, the full-time Global Benefits Analyst will manage the administration and implementation of competitive benefit programs across 12 countries, ensuring compliance and effective communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative wellness programs aligned with corporate values
- Oversee the administration of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage the annual open enrollment process
Required qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards and benefits administration
- Experience managing benefits programs for a multi-national company
- Advanced knowledge of global benefits requirements and U.S. benefits compliance
- Strong presentation and data analysis skills
