• Oversees integration and harmonization of benefits packages for acquired companies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• Over ten years of experience in benefits management, preferably in a global technology organization
• Experience in designing and implementing benefits programs across multiple countries
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of integrating benefits technology solutions with HRIS and payroll systems
