Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Benefits to lead the design and execution of innovative benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine global benefits strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
  • Oversee the evaluation, design, and implementation of various benefits programs
  • Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals while collaborating with cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in benefits, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in designing and managing global benefits programs, including M&A integration
  • Strong understanding of global benefits regulations and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) are a plus
