Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global benefits strategy in partnership with key stakeholders
• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans
• Oversee benefits administration processes and manage relationships with global benefits vendors

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in benefits administration and management
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven track record in benefits strategy development in fast-growing environments
• Strong vendor management experience including RFP processes and contract negotiation
• Deep knowledge of benefits compliance requirements in the U.S. and other jurisdictions
