Global Benefits Director

Job Summary

Leading a globally distributed benefits team, the full-time Director, Global Benefits & Wellbeing will develop and execute strategies for benefits and wellbeing programs across multiple regions, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience while working remotely or from the Seattle/Tacoma area.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global benefits and wellbeing strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee the design and administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing programs across various countries
• Analyze data to improve program effectiveness and lead annual open enrollment processes across multiple regions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in benefits or total rewards with global program ownership
• 4+ years of experience in people leadership within a global technology or high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international benefits compliance and design
• Experience with HR systems and benefits administration platforms, preferably Oracle HCM
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
