Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of domestic and international benefits compliance and regulatory environments
• Proven ability to lead benefits initiatives in high-growth tech or fintech companies
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with global HRIS platforms and generative AI models
