Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Benefits to lead benefit, wellness, and leave programs for a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and implement company benefit programs including health, disability/life, retirement/pension, and wellness
  • Manage broker and provider relationships while ensuring programs are competitive and compliant
  • Lead annual renewal processes, benefits communications, and oversee the administration of employee leaves of absence
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and administering benefits for the U.S. and Europe
  • At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale global benefits projects
  • Significant experience with U.S. benefits compliance requirements
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of benefits and wellness programs
  • Proficient in Office 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
