Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager to lead the strategy and execution of global benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision for operational delivery of global health and wellness programs and collaborate with HR teams
- Lead annual benefits lifecycle processes, including renewals, Open Enrollment, and compliance reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new benefit offerings aligned with workforce needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of U.S. health and wellness programs; global benefits exposure preferred
- Demonstrated operational rigor and strong project management skills
- Experience managing broker and carrier relationships
- Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights
