Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager to lead the strategy and execution of global benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision for operational delivery of global health and wellness programs and collaborate with HR teams
• Lead annual benefits lifecycle processes, including renewals, Open Enrollment, and compliance reporting
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new benefit offerings aligned with workforce needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of U.S. health and wellness programs; global benefits exposure preferred
• Demonstrated operational rigor and strong project management skills
• Experience managing broker and carrier relationships
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable insights
