Global Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of employee benefits programs across multiple countries
• Oversee end-to-end benefits administration, including open enrollment and compliance with local regulations
• Manage broker and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, particularly with multi-country programs
• Experience in managing health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to employee benefits
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Benefits
