Global Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate benefits programs across the US, UK, and Canada, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
• Oversee the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefits, including managing open enrollment and leave programs
• Lead relationships with brokers and vendors, ensuring compliance and high-quality employee experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, with multi-country program experience
• Experience in designing and managing health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to employee benefits across applicable jurisdictions
• Experience with Workday Benefits or similar HRIS platforms preferred
