Global Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of global benefits programs across the US, UK, and Canada
• Oversee end-to-end benefits administration, including health, welfare, and retirement programs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage broker and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, including multi-country programs
• Experience in managing health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to employee benefits across jurisdictions
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Benefits
