Job Summary
Leading the administration of global employee benefits programs, the full-time Global Benefits Manager will ensure compliance and accuracy while enhancing the employee experience across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and issue resolution
- Coordinate global benefits renewals, aligning with financial objectives and compliance requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor global benefits operations performance to implement process improvements
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration within a corporate environment
- Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards
- Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
