Job Summary

Leading the administration of global employee benefits programs, the full-time Global Benefits Manager will ensure compliance and accuracy while enhancing the employee experience across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and issue resolution
  • Coordinate global benefits renewals, aligning with financial objectives and compliance requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor global benefits operations performance to implement process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a management role
  • Demonstrated experience in benefits administration within a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
