Job Summary
Leading the administration of global employee benefits programs, the full-time remote Global Benefits Manager will ensure compliance, manage vendor relationships, and oversee program execution across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Administer global employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring accurate enrollment and issue resolution
- Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate global benefits renewals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide reporting and analysis on program participation and financial impact to inform strategic planning and decision-making
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in benefits administration, including 2+ years in a management role
- Demonstrated knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards
- Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage sensitive information professionally
- Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders across various functions
