Job Summary

Leading the strategy and administration of global benefits programs, the full-time Global Benefits Senior Manager will enhance employee experience and operational efficiency in a remote role targeted for candidates near Washington, DC, Austin, TX, or Boston, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of global benefits programs to ensure a competitive employee experience
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze benefits utilization and recommend program enhancements
  • Manage global benefits renewals, employee leave programs, and compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple regions
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in administering employee benefits programs in a global organization
  • Proven experience managing benefits across multiple countries and working with international brokers
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and experience with international compliance
  • Experience leading employee leave programs and managing vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on using benefits data for program improvements
