Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of global benefits programs, the full-time Global Benefits Manager will optimize offerings across multiple regions, ensuring competitiveness and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of global benefits strategy across various regions, including health, retirement, and wellbeing programs
• Oversee end-to-end administration of global benefits programs, managing renewals, enrollments, and ongoing operations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain governance frameworks for global benefits

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing global benefits programs across multiple regions
• Deep understanding of health, retirement, wellbeing, and leave program design
• Strong knowledge of global benefits compliance and regulatory environments
• CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) or similar certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
