Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual benefits design and open enrollment process
  • Manage leave of absence process and evaluate return-to-work needs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legislation
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, particularly in benefits, compensation, retirement plans, and leave administration
  • Knowledge of multi-state and federal laws related to benefits
  • Exposure to international benefit programs, preferably in Europe
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • International living or working experience preferred
