Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual benefits design and open enrollment process
- Manage leave of absence process and evaluate return-to-work needs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legislation
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, particularly in benefits, compensation, retirement plans, and leave administration
- Knowledge of multi-state and federal laws related to benefits
- Exposure to international benefit programs, preferably in Europe
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- International living or working experience preferred
