Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of global benefits programs, the full-time remote Global Benefits Strategy Manager will shape Pebl's benefits roadmap, optimize vendor relationships, and ensure compliance across international and U.S. markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Pebl's global benefits strategy across 150+ countries, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with client needs
  • Oversee the selection, negotiation, and performance management of brokers and vendors, establishing governance frameworks for consistency and quality
  • Lead the implementation and renewal processes for benefits globally, driving standardization and continuous improvement across regions
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in global benefits strategy within EOR, HCM, brokerage, or multinational environments
  • Deep expertise in global and U.S. benefits design, compliance, and vendor management
  • Proven experience in building and scaling benefits programs across multiple countries
  • Strong experience managing brokers, insurers, and complex vendor ecosystems
  • Experience leading benefits system implementations or collaborating with Product/Tech teams
