Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision and operational delivery of a comprehensive global benefits portfolio, the full-time salaried Global Benefits Vice President will manage an annual spend exceeding $200M across 60+ countries, focusing on health and welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of the global operating model to a centralized, high-performance delivery system
  • Drive financial optimization strategies to enhance ROI and manage global healthcare inflation risks
  • Oversee the development of a global benefits administration team to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive HR/Total Rewards leadership experience, including 5-7 years in global benefits leadership for large organizations
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operating model transformations in a multi-national environment
  • Deep expertise in global benefit pooling and sophisticated cost-projection modeling
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex data to C-Suite and Board of Directors
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Finance; MBA or relevant professional certifications preferred
