Global Billing Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Storage Billing Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement controls for operational data integrity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and verify data flow to the ERP
• Manage regulatory and audit processes, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for audits and ensuring compliance with tax and customs requirements
• Conduct audits of client contracts and collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate reporting of storage capacity and compliance with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operational compliance, internal controls, or supply chain data governance
• Experience with cross-border logistics and international tax regulations (VAT/GST)
• Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Ability to translate legal and contractual language into operational system controls
• Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
