Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global billing operations, ensuring accurate invoice generation and collections management
• Continuously improve billing and accounts receivable processes for scalability and efficiency
• Lead a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in billing or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Experience in a high-growth, complex deal environment
• Familiarity with automation and process improvement initiatives
