Global Biostatistics Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Biostatistics to provide leadership and strategic direction for a worldwide biostatistics organization in a remote executive role.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the global biostatistics vision aligned with corporate growth and data science strategies
• Own full P&L accountability for the biostatistics function, including revenue generation and investment decisions
• Lead and scale a global biostatistics organization ensuring consistent delivery standards and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of progressive experience in biostatistics within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
• Demonstrated success in leading large, globally distributed teams
• Proven experience with P&L ownership and commercial growth
• Strong executive presence to influence C-suite stakeholders and external clients
