Global Biostatistics Executive

Job Summary

Providing enterprise-level direction for a global biostatistics organization, the permanent remote Global Head of Biostatistics will own strategy, commercial performance, and operational scale while focusing on leadership, growth, and client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Set and drive the global biostatistics vision aligned with corporate growth and data science strategies
• Own full P&L accountability for the biostatistics function, including revenue generation and margin performance
• Lead and scale a multi-regional biostatistics organization to ensure consistent delivery standards and quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline
• 15+ years of progressive experience in biostatistics within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or global life sciences environment
• Demonstrated success leading large, globally distributed teams in a matrixed organization
• Proven experience with P&L ownership and senior-level financial accountability
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external clients
