Global Biostatistics Executive

Job Summary

Leading the global biostatistics organization, the remote Global Head of Biostatistics will define and execute the biostatistics strategy, manage full P&L responsibilities, and drive commercial growth while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global biostatistics strategy aligned with company growth objectives and industry trends
• Own and manage the full P&L for the global Biostatistics function, focusing on revenue growth and operational excellence
• Lead a multi-regional biostatistics organization, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with global regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 15+ years of progressive biostatistics experience within CROs, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations
• Demonstrated success leading large, global, multi-site biostatistics teams
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and operational leadership
• Deep understanding of clinical development, drug development, and regulatory requirements
