Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global BPO Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch a new BPO Partner Program for the partner community
• Develop pricing and billing models to meet BPO requirements
• Manage partner issues and maintain strategic BPO engagement

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience working for/with BPOs globally
• 5+ years of experience building partner programs
• 3+ years of experience specifically with BPO Partner Programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
• Strong financial and operational acumen
