Job Summary
Leading global growth initiatives, the full-time remote Global Head of Business Development will drive Professional Services revenue, manage a global sales team, and execute complex enterprise engagements across various sectors including healthcare and financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the global go-to-market strategy for Professional Services, focusing on new business pipeline development in North America and Europe
- Lead and develop a global sales team, setting targets and managing performance to drive medium- to large-scale enterprise sales
- Oversee the end-to-end commercial process for complex deals, including contract negotiation and ensuring successful handoff to delivery teams
Required qualifications
- Proven success in selling Professional Services to enterprise clients, preferably in a data/analytics/technology environment
- Experience leading globally distributed sales teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong understanding of Professional Services economics and experience with RFP responses and SOW development
- Track record of expanding business into new geographies and adjacent verticals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred but not required
