Global Care Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the needs of traveling members, the full-time Global Care Consultant will coordinate medical and travel assistance, providing superior customer support while working remotely in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the 24/7 Emergency Response and Assistance Center team, handling a high volume of calls and coordinating medical assistance services
• Manage domestic and international assistance cases from intake through resolution, ensuring prompt and professional service to clients and members
• Communicate case updates and status information to stakeholders, maintaining accurate case records and delivering exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in an office setting using telephone and computer
• 2+ years of customer experience in a professional environment, analyzing and solving customer problems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook for professional communications
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 department, including weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older
