Global Category Director, Travel & Fleet

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Category Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute global category strategies for Travel and Fleet, including strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Oversee global travel operations, managing the budget and ensuring effective service delivery for over 140,000 business trips annually
• Lead emissions data collection and sustainability strategies for Travel and Fleet categories to support ESG commitments

Required Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• CIPS/ISM accreditation is preferable
• 5-10 years of experience in procurement or category management, particularly in Travel and/or Fleet categories
• Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization
• Proven ability to manage and lead operational teams in a global environment
