Job Summary

Driving global category strategies for HR, Marketing, and Legal, the full-time Global Category Leader - HR, Marketing, Legal will transform Indirect Procurement into a digitally enabled strategic capability while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-year value creation roadmaps for HR, Marketing, and Legal Services, aligning with corporate objectives
  • Lead the transformation of Indirect Procurement by implementing strategic sourcing and governance frameworks to enhance operational maturity
  • Direct digital enablement initiatives and advanced procurement capabilities through eSourcing and analytics platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 10-15+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement or category management
  • Deep expertise in HR, Marketing, and/or Legal Services procurement
  • Proven track record in transforming procurement capabilities in global organizations
  • Experience in driving digital procurement initiatives and engaging with executive stakeholders
